Our Services
Lead Generation
• Pay-Per-Call Model: You are charged only for qualified calls that meet the criteria agreed upon.
• Call Quality: Leads are tracked and logged. If you believe a call does not qualify, you may flag it for review through our portal.
• Lead Exclusivity: All leads are exclusive to your business. You will not share leads with competitors.
Website Development
• Custom-Coded Websites: All websites are custom-built by Trustmark Trades. These sites are designed to be highly effective, fast, secure, and SEO-optimised.
• Ownership: Trustmark Trades retains ownership of the website as it is built on proprietary systems that we manage and maintain. You are licensing the website for your exclusive use.
• No Self-Edits: As the websites are custom-coded, you will not have direct editing access. Any updates or changes must be requested and managed by our team.
• Hosting: Websites are hosted on our secure servers. Hosting fees are included in your package unless otherwise specified.
SEO and Google Services
• Google Business Profile (GBP) Management: We optimise and maintain your GBP to ensure maximum visibility in local searches.
• SEO: Our websites include advanced programmatic SEO to target location-specific keywords and generate leads.
• Results: While we strive to improve visibility and rankings, SEO performance depends on several factors, and no specific rankings are guaranteed.
Branding and Print Services
• Custom Branding: Includes logo design, business cards, flyers, and other marketing materials.
• Print Turnaround: Printed materials are typically delivered within five business days of design approval, though timelines may vary.
• Distribution: We offer nationwide distribution for flyers and other printed materials upon request.
Your Responsibilities
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate and up-to-date business details, including service areas, contact information, and other relevant data.
• Legal Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring your business complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
Payment Terms
Lead Generation
• Weekly invoices will be issued for calls received. Payment is due within 48 hours of the invoice date.
• Late payments may result in suspension of services until the outstanding balance is cleared.
Website Development
• Payments may be made in instalments as agreed upon. The final instalment is due before the website goes live.
• Hosting and maintenance fees, if applicable, are billed annually unless otherwise stated.
Refunds and Disputes
• Lead Disputes: Unqualified or spam calls can be flagged within 12 hours of receiving the call for review. If deemed invalid, these will be credited back.
• Website Development: No refunds are available for completed websites or design services.
Intellectual Property
• Website Ownership: All websites remain the property of Trustmark Trades. You are granted a non-transferable, exclusive license to use the website for the agreed purposes.
• Proprietary Content: You may not copy, modify, or reuse any proprietary content, systems, or designs without prior written consent.
• Termination of Agreement: Upon termination of services, access to the website may be revoked, but you will retain all leads and customer data collected during the period of use.
Support and Maintenance
• Ongoing Support: We provide ongoing management of websites, Google profiles, and ad campaigns. No additional fees will be charged for maintenance unless specified.
• Updates: All updates must be requested through our team and will be completed promptly. Updates are charged at £60 per hour.
Confidentiality and Data Usage
• Confidentiality: All client information is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed without your consent, except where required by law.
• Data Usage: By using our services, you agree to our collection and use of data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
• Trustmark Trades is not liable for:
• Loss of revenue due to missed calls or technical issues beyond our control.
• Delays caused by the client’s failure to provide required information.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
Termination
• Client Termination: You may terminate the agreement once outstanding balances have been paid and 30 days notice has been given in writing.
• Trustmark Trades Termination: We may terminate the agreement immediately in cases of non-payment or breach of these terms.
Amendments to Terms
Trustmark Trades reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
